Covid-19 Disclaimer
In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the following guidelines must be agreed upon and adhered to, by photographer and any clients or renters using the studio going forward. Failure to agree to waiver guidelines and restrictions will result in reservations being cancelled. These requirements are mandatory. WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
Use of Wild Oak Studio's premises, props and equipment is at client’s/renter's/ photographer's risk. Renter/Client hereby agrees that Wild Oak Studio will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to client, his/her party or possessions while on the Premises. Client holds harmless and indemnifies Wild Oak Studio and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for such causes arising during the term of the rental.
COVID19 HEALTH PROTOCOL requirements:
- Avoid entering or using the facility if you have COVID-19 symptoms
- If client/photographer/renter is exhibiting signs of Covid19, they MUST stay home
- Maintain a minimum six-foot distance from one another
- Sneeze and cough into a cloth or tissue or, if not available, into one’s elbow
- Wash hands often & use hand sanitizer provided at the studio
- Wear face coverings at all times - clients as well, except when being actively photographed
- Do not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physical contact
- Let us know if you or your client have been exposed to Covid-19 so we can reschedule your session
- Wear disposable gloves, if preferred
Help us additionally by:
- Performing self-temperature checks before entering the studio
- Wiping down surfaces you used while renting the space
- Washing hands both when you arrive and leave
- If possible, take any trash items with you when you leave
- Do not leave behind personal items
- Do not bring any additional people to your session; only those being photographed
ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
I acknowledge that by entering/using/ renting Wild Oak Studio, it could potentially involve an element of risk of injury. I expressly assume any and all risks, consequences and liability associated with my participation in renting the space, including, but not limited to, injury or illness resulting from coming into contact with COVID-19 from surfaces or other people. All such risks are assumed and understood thoroughly by me. I release, forever discharge and hold harmless Wild Oak Studio and its officers and directors, staff, employees, agents and volunteers from all actions, causes of action, injuries, claims, negligence, costs or expenses, arising out of or related to my rental and/or participation in any related activities and use of the facilities, props and equipment. I acknowledge that I am responsible for all medical expenses arising out of any injury or illness, including COVID-19 or any medical emergency that I suffer or experience while renting the studio or engaging in any activities associated with the studio. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of the Assumption of Risk.
